Hi there! welcome to the Health section of Sport Mode AE, a space where sports and wellness come together.
As someone who is always chasing the next match, the next rep, or the next mile, I have learned that performance is not just about how fast you move, it is also about how well you fuel, recover, and protect your body. It took me sometime to realise that health is not just for athletes, whether you are a weekend athlete or a yoga lover, or just starting you fitness journey, feeling good in your body starts with the choices you make every day.
In this section, I share everything I have learned (and continue to learn) from real life training, personal advice, and some trial and error of my own, from nutrition strategies to hydration habits, from finding the right sunblock to cooking up easy and nutritious recipes that fit an active lifestyle.
